American Scientist is an award-winning, illustrated bimonthly magazine covering science, engineering, and technology. Published by Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society, it has been a trusted voice in scientific communication since 1913.
KEY CHALLENGES
The project centered on modernizing the publication’s digital presence through a full redesign and rebrand from an outdated CMS. A major focus was creating a more visually engaging reading experience by using color, spacing, and layout to bring clarity, hierarchy, and energy to dense editorial content.
