OVERVIEW
America’s Public Television Stations (APTS) is a national nonprofit membership organization that supports and strengthens public television across the United States. The organization helps member stations deliver essential public services in education, public safety, and civic leadership.
KEY CHALLENGES
The project focused on modernizing APTS’s digital presence through a full redesign and rebrand from an outdated CMS. A primary goal was improving content clarity and accessibility while creating a more engaging visual experience through thoughtful use of color, spacing, and layout.
Given the organization’s national reach and policy-focused work, the design needed to balance professionalism and authority with approachability, ensuring complex information remained easy to navigate for a wide range of audiences.
