OVERVIEW

Headwear branding concepts developed for Hall of Fame, a legacy streetwear brand rooted in skate, music, and street culture.

CONCEPT

The goal was to create bold, recognizable marks that feel authentic to classic streetwear while still feeling modern. The typography-driven approach keeps the focus on strong name recognition, using weight, distortion, and attitude to create energy without overcomplicating the designs.

Each concept explores a different expression of the brand’s personality, from aggressive stacked lettering to cleaner athletic-inspired treatments. The visual direction leans into the culture of embroidered cap graphics where readability, impact, and silhouette matter more than fine detail.

EXECUTION

Multiple typographic lockups were created to test how the brand reads across real-world applications such as snapbacks, fitted caps, and promotional merchandise. Letterforms were refined for stitch-friendly construction, ensuring the designs translate cleanly into embroidery without losing impact.

High-contrast colorways and bold outlines help the marks stand out on dark fabrics, while simplified shapes maintain legibility at small sizes. The final concepts provide flexible headwear-ready branding that feels confident, wearable, and consistent with streetwear heritage.
