The Family Firm Institute (FFI) is a global membership organization dedicated to advancing the study and practice of family enterprise. This project focused on modernizing the organization’s digital presence while supporting its role as a trusted international thought leader.
KEY CHALLENGES
The redesign required transitioning from a dated CMS while working within very specific brand preferences and stakeholder expectations. The process involved close collaboration with a large group of decision-makers, requiring frequent presentations, feedback sessions, and careful design refinements.
In addition to the website redesign, the project extended into the design of FFI’s digital newsletters, ensuring a cohesive visual system across web and communication platforms.
Balancing modernization with the organization’s established reputation and global audience was central to the project’s success.
